While Google Slides is great, a PDF still has its uses. Google Slides has a convenient PDF save option that you can use on your PC or mobile device. Everyone can utilize it with ease. If you want to discuss the contents of a PDF, you may just print it out or include it in your own GPT. Amazingly, all it takes to turn a Google Slides presentation into a PDF is to follow these steps.
You can download Google Slides presentations to a PDF file.
On the site, it only takes a few steps to save a Google Slides presentation as a PDF file. Go to Google Slides, login, and then open your speech.
Step 1: Look at your display and choose File from the menu.
Step 2: Point your mouse to Download and choose PDF Document (.pdf) from the menu that appears.
Step 3: The File will start to download right away. To get the File, open the download tool in your browser or the Downloads folder on your computer.
In the mobile app, you can save Google Slides as a PDF.
The way you save your Google Slides show as a PDF is the same on both the iPhone and Android. The only difference is where you save or send the File. Pick out your presentation in the Google Slides app.
Step 1: After you’ve opened your show in the app, go to the top right and tap the three dots.
Step 2: Pick Send and Receive.
Step 3: Pick “Send a copy.”
Step 4: In the next window that comes up, check the box next to PDF and press OK.
Step 5: You’ll see a progress bar while the show is being changed to a PDF file. When it’s done, you’ll see the choices you usually have for saving or sharing.
On an Android device, you have the option to either store the file to Google Drive or share it via Gmail. You can choose between saving to files or Sending via Mail on an iPhone. Based on whether you choose to save or share, follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 6: You can also save the meeting as a PDF from the main screen of Google Slides.
When you tap the three dots below the presentation, the bottom window will open up. From there, choose Send a copy. Choose PDF and tell it where to save or send the File.
A PDF copy of your Google Slides presentation is an excellent way to share the slideshow as a single file or save it to look over later.
