Critical mass is the smallest amount of fissile material that can sustain a nuclear chain reaction, in the case of weapons grade Uranium about 52 kg. In other words, with 100 pounds of U325 you can't blow your nose, but with 130 pounds you've got an atomic bomb; that's critical mass!

My associates thought I could write a good blog on why the world needs Radical. There’s only one problem; it doesn’t. What the world needs is clean energy, a bit more compassion, and The African Academy for Gifted Girls, not another music site.

But no one denies that music has played an integral role in human development since earliest recorded history. And few would dispute that today’s musical landscape looks more like a minefield than a sun-drenched beach or snow-capped mountain. So Iet’s talk instead about why the Music Industry needs Radical.

We are Radical, and we are about to rock your world with the best radio station on the planet.

While Pandora has done a great job with its music genome system trying to guess what you want to hear next, its days at the top of the hill are numbered. Because like its competitors, Slacker and Last.FM, it falls short of delivering you real control. You get a better radio, but no play-on-demand.
